She offers 1:1 coaching, breathwork and meditation sessions as well as running breathwork workshops and retreats that create spaces for people to rebalance and reconnect.
Octavia has a vast background in the study of the mind and human behaviour from her Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
She has practiced deep meditation and self-knowledge, as well as transcendental meditation which has deepened her knowledge about how to find inner peace. She is also a Reiki practitioner.
Octavia is a qualified breathwork instructor and is trained in David Elliot's Breathwork healer training as well as Soma Awakening breathwork.
Octavia is also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is an extensive study of how the human mind works and how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.
Octavia is a PSYCH-K® Practitioner which follows a self-empowering process to positively change your subconscious beliefs that are limiting the full expression of your potential.

On a more personal note...
We all experience pain in our lives, it is a part of our own evolution. We are all human. I, too am on a journey of self-acceptance and freedom. My gift is to help others nurture that freedom, authenticity and inner peace within themselves.
I am the youngest of 4 children & grew up in a small suburb near London. I was told by those around me that I was ‘the happy child’. Like most children I had a happy go lucky attitude with incredibly positive energy.
As time went on that childlike flame weakened and weakened by what is now termed ‘Toxic Shame’.
Toxic shame is the name psychologists have given to a syndrome that they believe underpins large swathes of mental-health problems, from depression and anxiety to eating disorders, bullying and violence.
The fears and pressures of schooling, the judgement and criticism from others, the intensity of a parent’s rage, a racist, sexist culture and the multigenerational shame of dysfunctional family systems has conditioned us to feel ashamed about WHO WE TRULY ARE.
I went to India when I was 23 as I had always felt called to go. Whilst I was there it was like India had other plans for me. I developed chronic anxiety and insomnia, I was in a perpetual loop of anxiety and sleepless nights, the sleepless nights only exacerbating the anxiety. At the time I had no idea what was going on with me, I was scared, scared of the person I thought I had lost and this new stranger I had become. But the more I feared the worse I got. Eventually I had no choice but to accept what was happening and surrender. The more I surrendered the greater ease I felt.
I had an idea about the person I wanted to become but was stuck because of my self-concept…My self-talk told me…
“I wasn't good enough”
“I don’t deserve it”
“I can’t do anything”
This anxiety came knocking at my door harder than ever, it had my attention. It was my awakening to myself and the world around me. I went on a search for people, tools and practices that could help me get back on track. After speaking with psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, kinesiologists, healers and spiritual teachers, I finally found an amazing set of tools that set me free from the anxiety I was feeling.
Now I see what happened with clear insight. As I felt chained by my old beliefs it was impossible for me to move forward and become the person I wanted to be. I see it as an outdated version of myself that wasn’t serving me any more. I had to have a shift but it came as a very intense shake up.
But it doesn’t have to be that intense! If we can be aware of ourselves and the things that has affected us on a deeper level then we can start to transcend these negative parts of ourselves.
It is completely possible to unlearn all that you have learnt about yourself and set yourself free.
Since mentally healthy human beings must grow, anxiety and depression can be a healthy process. The death of the old self is a giving up process which leads to mental and spiritual transformation.
