The body is designed to self heal and breath allows us to access heightened states of awareness and breathwork works to cleanse the mind and body.

How it works

A sequence of breathwork techniques combined with brainwave music and guided meditation that awakens you to fulfil human potential. This breathwork will awaken dormant powers of the mind, supercharging  your blood and nervous system giving you more energy and vitality.

What to expect in a session:

  • You will be guided through a meditation to relax and connect to your breath

  • You will experience a 45 min breathwork experience to music.
