What will this programme include?
Weekly breathwork videos, audios & meditations that you can use each day for home practice. Each week will build on the last week as you become more experienced with breathwork, the breathwork meditations will become more advanced.
The first week - this week is all about bringing your body back into balance, relieving stress & anxiety and restoring a deep sense of peace. You will receive a video with breathwork practices, a breathwork audio as well as a meditation to deeply relax your Mind, Body & Emotions.
The second week - this week is all around 'Energising and Activating' your mind and body. You will receive a longer and more energising breathwork practice that will allow you to feel lighter, more relaxed and inspired along with another meditation to complement.
The third week - this week is all around 'Emotional Releasing & Renewing'. Releasing the old and calling in the new accompanied by a third gratitude meditation practice.
You will have access to a facebook community group where you can share your experience and meet others.
This course will officially begin on Monday 18th November. If you wish to receive the course before that date you are welcome to however you will not be a part of the facebook group as members beginning each week together.
